The Information We Collect

When You Use the AI Scorecard

The Scorecard works out your results inside your own web browser. Your answers are not sent to us unless you choose to fill in the form to get your results by email. If you do, we receive your name, business name, email address, phone number (if you give it), your Scorecard answers (such as your sector, team size and how your business handles calls, bookings, quotes, invoices, reviews and admin) and your results.

When You Contact Us or Book a Call

We receive your name, business name, email address, phone number (if you give it), type of business and your message.

When You Become a Client

We keep contact, contract and billing details for you and your staff. When we set up automations for you, we may also handle personal data about your customers. In that case we act as your data processor, under a data processing agreement, and your own privacy notice covers that data.

When You Browse the Website

Our hosting provider keeps basic technical logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages requested) to keep the site secure and working. We don't currently use advertising or tracking cookies. If that changes, we'll ask for your consent first and update this notice.
