What does Ask Dave AI actually do?
We find the jobs in your business that AI can take on, such as answering missed calls, chasing quotes and invoices, booking appointments and asking for reviews. Then we set them up for you, test them and look after them. You don't need to learn any new tech.
Do I need to be technical?
No. We explain everything in plain English, do the setting up ourselves and show you how it works. Most of it runs quietly in the background.
How much does it cost?
The AI Scorecard is free. The Quick-Win Pilot is £495. Packages start at £695 to set up plus £149 a month, and the main Core package is £2,495 plus £395 a month. Bigger Pro set-ups start at £5,995 plus £795 a month. Team workshops are £1,200 for a half day or £2,000 for a full day.
What if the pilot doesn't work?
If your pilot automation isn't live within 7 days, you get your £495 back. If you go on to choose a package within 30 days, the full £495 comes off the set-up fee.
Will my customers know they're talking to an AI?
Yes. Any AI that answers calls or chats always tells people it's an AI, and passes them to a real person when needed. We think that's the right thing to do, and UK guidance expects it.
Is my data safe?
We sign a data processing agreement with every client, only use tools you approve, and follow UK GDPR. Sensitive details, such as health information, get extra care.
Do I need to buy new software?
Usually not. We start with the tools you already use, such as your phone, email, Google or Microsoft 365, Xero or QuickBooks, and join them up. If a small extra tool is needed, we'll explain the cost before we start.
Am I tied into a long contract?
No. Monthly care runs month to month, and you can cancel with 30 days' notice.
Where do you work?
Anywhere in the UK. Most set-ups are done remotely, and we visit in person for bigger packages and workshops.
